Blacktop for Pumkin City!  Who ever thought that pile of spackle and hydrocalc would turn into this? Not Irene. By the way, skip the hydrocalc and use plain spackle with a little soap mixed in for flexibility. It stays wet long enough to work with. An added bonus, trains actually run on the embedded track! Irene used a brownish paint made for sponging walls mixed with some black airbrush pain. The sponging paint gives the blacktop a slight sheen, just like in real life! July 7, 2002.
